Here's some pictures of our new place. It's a decent sized 3 bedroom 1 bath house built sometime in the 50's. It's got a good amount of old charm but a lot has been updated as well. The updates happened right before we moved in because apparently the last tenants were total punks and trashed parts of the place. Sucked for our landlord but good for us.
The hot tub has since been sold by our landlord. The previous tenants stole a lot of stuff from the house as they left...including the motor from the hot tub. Would have been nice to have my own hot tub so I could open up all the time. Right A??
One of the first things I had to do was put 2x4's along the bottom of the fence because Cadbury kept digging and trying to get to the neighbors' yard.
Straight back there's just a chain-linked fence so Cadbury and the other neighbors' husky play all day through the fence.
This is probably my favorite area of the house. Sometime ago they added on a sunroom/dining room to the back of the house.
